Ps6 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using ps6's services. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the ps6 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ps6 platform on any device or web browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and ps6 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the ps6 platform.
- This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ps6. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ps6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents if necessary. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ps6 will never request your password via email or direct message. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. ps6 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their account credentials.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ps6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including: breach of these terms, fraud, use of multiple accounts, platform misconduct, or suspicious activity. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email. Any balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with ps6's internal policies and applicable laws.
Voluntary Closure
Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within 7 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and the completion of all security checks.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the ps6 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ps6 supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and bank transfer. Successful deposits are credited to the user's account once confirmation is processed by the relevant payment provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. ps6 is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers or technical issues beyond the platform's control. Any deposit that has been credited is final and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–24 business hours, depending on the method selected.
- Ps6 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary, with notice provided to the user.
- Users are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations and financial reporting requirements under Malaysian law.
User Responsibilities & Liability
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the ps6 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited. Users must not share accounts, sell account access, or use another person's account.
Ps6 Limitation of Liability
Ps6 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. In no event shall ps6's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. ps6 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from their use of the platform.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the ps6 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ps6 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ps6.
Any feedback or suggestions submitted by users to ps6 may be used by ps6 without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The ps6 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. ps6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Ps6 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
